Starting New grow, Needs advice on Led lighting Setup, Decent lighting budget

So my plan is to flower about 30 plants 5 different strains, 5 mothers and 25 clones. I need a good led light but moreso I want multiple lights for multiple sources. Im currently looking at buying 5 blackstar 240watt flowering as ive heard you can veg with them too. Anything else in America where I could get a similar deal with a higher quality light. looking for all suggestions and any experience with led lights. le

5 blackstars would be good for 4 plants, maybe, probably closer to 3. That would be what - like 1200$? I think you should get like 2 bigger panels, like 300 or 400w panels -
