Starting LST (mini blog)

Hello everyone this is my first mother I'm growing from clone.

I have no idea what I'm doing (well i have read hour and hours on LST) and would love any input, suggestions, criticism, doing it right, or doing it wrong comments.

Strain: heavy duty fruity
Medium: coco (75%) and FFOF(25%)
Nutes: botanicare
Light: 4' t5 4 bulb

She is about 2 weeks into coco/soil and putting her into some training. Her first training session of some basic yoga.

First picture is right after I tied her down this afternoon.

Second picture is 8 hours later.

Amazing to me how quickly she kicked back up towards the light.

9 days later. She has explosive growth so time for round two of training. All the new growth got pinned down tonight and topped her again.

Passed out last night before getting pictures of her rebounding from round two, so here they are.

Did you tie the bottom of the stem the other direction as well?

The man stem is spiraled around the pot as you can see in the first picture. Then when everything started growing up from it i pulled everything down as seen in the second pictures. I have all so be topping to keep everything level
