starting a new grow, got 2 week old seedlings

Do i use 1/2 or 1/4th grow big using promix soil and ph adjusted water. the nutes bring the distilled ph down to much. Any idea's?

I wouldnt be giving 2 week old seedlings any nutes personally. Im no pro but ive had decent luck with seedlings.

i gave them 1/8th at 9 days, they look great. im expecting the 1/4 at 2 and a half weeks to pump them up quite a bit.
