Starting 4th week since flip, is it okay to trim?

Hi everyone. It's my first time growing indoors and when I've grown outdoors I don't do much pruning/trimming.
Have these four girls in a 4x2 tent and they are getting a little cramped. Will they be okay if I chop the small larf branches and extra leaves at these stage? I don't want to stunt them but I want to maximize what I have and also don't want mold either.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

You can trim them throughout the flower stage just have to give them time in between
Just try not to go too crazy all at once
Some genetics will herm if you trim them too much in flower
So its all about finding that fine line of trimming/ what to trim
