Starter Plug Question????

What it do!!!!

My new plants just sprouted 2 weeks ago they are 3-4 inches tall.....I was just wondering when would be a good time to put the starter plugs into their pots so they can be in their permanent home.

Also is their anything i should do to the pots and the fertilizer before i put the starter plugs into the soil!!!

Also my grow cabinet has a 400 watt metal halide in it and the temperature keeps rising up to 90 - 95 degrees. I was wondering would this kill my plants. My cabinet is approximatel 6ft tall 4ft wide and 3ft deep. I have a fan blowing on high and i have a small vent hold maybe 10 inches wide 8 inches tall....... Any input will help me!!!!! Thanks Alot

Almost forgot....how close can i have a light of such characteristics to the plants??

get them in the final pot and final media as quickly as possible

Thanks alot i transplanted them earlier today!!!!!

Good thing i did because the roots were just beginning to touch the bottom of the starter plugs and their would have been no more room for the roots to go down....
