I dont know if they still carry it but i got a ph meter from homedepot for like 8 bucks, im sure a store locally near you must have something

man it almost looks like a def....
it could be that too, you gotta start narrowing it down some how. On second thoughts if you dont find a ph meter i would see what a couple 1/2 strength waterings does to it, the new growth is pretty "starved" looking

The hurt tips/edges suggest overnutrition (nute burn) and yet the discolored patches suggest a nutrient deficiency. This pattern usually bespeaks some sort of lockout - excess of one ion is hindering uptake of another, leading to deficiency in "another".
