start of 9th week!

well its been a bumpy ride! as u can see from the pics my girl has a few problems at the moment, can nyone help? bubbilicious, are normally on the small side, so im not worried about her height to much, but dosent seem to be as green as i would like.
i have an air dome in the bottom of the pot, for healthier roots, but i havent been having it on much at all because i found out that u have to get the right air temp to pump in there but i have had it on when the weather was relly cold in dec, could this cause the nutrients to get locked up, and show itself as a nutrient deficiency and cause the markings on the leaves aswell. Here`s some pics first grown ive done in about 9 years so ny help would be appreciated !!!!!!

I'm on my first grow so don't take what I say to serious but to I think it may be nut burn.
