I was thinking one day how do all these sports groups / company's build these million dollar stadiums for people to watch and fight over eago and whos teams better than who and people are going to bed starving . If we as humans have the capability to build that we have the capability to build a suistainable ecosystem , hydrophonic, auqaponic , rain catchment . food resource close to the size of a stadium .and pleaple could voulenteer for a portion of food of something to that aspect . Just wondering why there is nothing like that yet . :wall:

It's called a farm and people could grow their own food in many different low-tech ways. It's seems that many people are uninterested in doing so and thus are hungrier than they need to be.

I really, really hate illegal and legal immigrants but not as much as the OP. I read in a different post where he said we should try to lure them here and then shoot them...hard.

There's a group in Sweden who are apparently constructing a skyscraper greenhouse with an automated spiral track. Seedlings start at the top and steadily move around and down, emerging at the bottom ready to harvest.

Others, like me, are figuring out how to maximize the yield in a shipping container. A forty footer could easily feed a family of four with the proper setup; aquaponic water storage pond with fish and ducks, biofilter growing beds with nitrifying bacteria, salad greens and legumes... more stacked beds with low profile lighting for greens and herbs and even a few potatoes. Tomatoes or a dwarf orange tree or two climbing the walls with the beans. Chickens roaming about, eating introduced snails and red worms, laying eggs. The possibilities are as limitless as Mother Nature.
