Ok im doing my 1st hydro bubbler grow in silica stone. I woke up this mornning and checkd up on them as i usually do and i found this on one of the bigger leaves. They are about 4 to 5 weeks old now. It seems to be transluecent spots on one of the leaves. What could it be? I dont want this to get worse please help.

Check under all your leaves for spidermites. Not sure if that's the problem but they damage leaves like in your picture but i may be wrong.

Check the ph and nutrients content in your water, may be the problem. There is some kind of imballance in your plants diet

Ok ill check the ph when the lights turn on and adjust it if needed. As far as nutes go i started to add more nutes but gradually and not by alot. Im using GH's MaxiGro and MaxiBloom. I just flushed the system on Sat and added a little bit of the Bloom? Maybe that was it. I dont think theres bugs or mites on there butt ill check. Are they visible to the naked eye or do i need a magnifying glass?

No im not flowering yet, im not sure if i should yet. There on week 5 but they look to be a little to short to start flowering to me. Look at the pic and tell me what you think. Maybe in 2 weeks?

They are big enough but you need to get them more light first. If it was me i would throw about 300 more watts of cfl lighting in the mix. I can tell your plants are kinda starving for light. And you will for sure need more light for flowering man.

Oh i forgot, dont use that bloom food if your not flowering yet. Worry about N-P not K, then when you get more light work on P-K.

Well the bulbs can cost up to 30-40 $ for as much light as im thinkin. And unless you have some household lights laying around the house worth donating to the plants then you will have to buy 3-4 light fixtures. Just depends on what sized lights you buy. I would get 3 100watt cfl lights and make a homemade reflector for them and rip apart 3 house lamps so i can locate the socket in a good place. Hope thgis doesnt sound confusing.

Do equivalent 100 watts work? like a 30 watt equivalent to 100 watt?

I know that at wally world you can buy a cord and the fixture for a lamp for about $4 and a "Y" spliter for about 1.50 and that can hold two lights so spend $12 and fixture and $30 on lights and youll be set

And i meant to get 3 100watt cfl's. Not the ones that equal 100 watts compared to incandescent. That will really make your plants happy.
