Kind of hard to say without seeing a good pic or two. Is it actual fan leaves that are yellowing and dying?

Or is it the cotyledons, the small, round seedling leaves? Those usually do wither away after the plant is a couple weeks old. All those do is help feed the plant until its big enough to produce its own food.

Either magnesium deficiency:

Or nitrogen deficiency:

Without pics I can't tell you for sure though
Fuck it, here is a pic, see if you can tell for sure.

I think it might be a pH related issue that is causing it to lock out nutrients
The curled leaves usually mean that the pH is outta wack
What is the pH of the water going in and the runoff?
Correcting the pH would be your best bet at getting this plant back on track
Once the pH is good I would up your nutrients, 200 ppm is awfully low
What nutes are you using?

Your gonna go mad right now, I don't have a PH meter, I have strips on the way, I also have Ph up and Ph down, but I thought the Ph in soil grows was less high maintenance thats y #~~I wasn't initially too worried. The straight water I'm using is 200PPM, someone told me in my PPM thread the other day that if your straight water is 200PPM and then you add nutes like 600PPM then it makes 800PPM, that right?,

I wasn't gonna use nutes for the first 4 weeks as they are in nuted dirt [Bio Bizz] and heard A/F's are very sensitive to nutes.

I am using Bio Bizz bloom nutes I heard they are not bad, next time I will use Terra Bloom.

Thanks for the info bro.

I would use the strips once you get them and check the water that you have been feeding her
Water until there is runoff and then test that to see what that pH is
If the water coming out is higher than the pH going in than lower it so that the water coming out is 6.5
If it is lower than the water going in water with a higher pH water... lol given

Just re-reading your OP, what kind of nuted soil do you mean? Your plants a bit small yet to get nutes.
You know, like dirt that comes with a measure of nutes already when you buy it, like FFOF. I agree they are not old enough for nutes, as Tom420 said the nutes are available from the dirt but they are locked out.
