Hey I planted my seeds 9 days ago and only 1 has sprouted. I know its early but I'm afraid I planted them too deep. If they r 3 or 4 inches deep am I screwed? Keep in mind 1 has sprouted. I planted them too deep then scooped some soil off the top after reading a few threads. After scooping the tops there prob still 3 inches deep? How long before I giv up on them and start those pots over?

wow, one actually sprouted? hmm, did you soak them before you planted them? i usually do the paper towl method for 24 hours, then pop them in the soil spouted or not. usually takes 1-3 days for them to come out of the soil from a half inch deep. just continue to keep the soil moist all the way through the pot or at least to the seed. if they haven't popped out in a couple more days, just go ahead and start over.
Yea that's what I figured. Thanx for the advise. No biggie to me this is my first try and I decided to start research after I planted the seeds. But I did germinate them in papertowels for 2 days. They sprouted long sprouts!! But ill giv it a few more days and just stick with the 1 for now
Ok so I gave up on the others that haven't sprouted. I replanted some new seeds. What I want to know is........I'm not goin to b able to change the lighting cycle for the 3 new plants. The 1 plant that I already have sprouted 4 days ago so its still tiny. Is it ok that they will be a little off in timing when it comes to flowering or harvest? Do u think they may just catch up to the first one? Is it not that big of a deal cuz its so early in the game? Just wondering if it was a good idea to replant newq ones or not. Thanx in advance

1/4 inch to 1/2 inch deep when you plant your seeds. What do you mean change the lighting cycle? You should have your lights on 18 to 24 hours a day until they show pre-flowers. Then switch them to 12 on and 12 off per 24 hour period for flower.
