Spraying with CS after harvest and leaving some branches to be sprayed (AUTO)

Everything I read said to spray in the beginning of flower, what about after harvest, late flower?

What are you calling CS? And spraying anything in late flower is a nono unless it's a must. Like mighty wash for mites.
