Spraying plants with water before lights come on for mites

i have a small spider mite problem and I was told I can keep them at bay just spraying them with water a few times a day by an old guy I trust very much so. I'm still scared to do that because I don't want mold forming in my flowers even tho I read online it takes 12 hours for mold to form in the first place . How risky is it spraying my flowers in the morning an hour or two before the lights come on then a couple more times during the day from the underside of the plant?

If indoors plain water sprayed wont last 30 minutes let alone 12 hours with the fans and lighting.

For spider mites probably better solutions than the itsy bitsy spider tale. do a search here there is plenty of info.

I have some green clean and some green bean leaves just wanting to do a little extra on the in between days since I'm not supposed to spray the green clean two days in a row. You think a heavy spray of water in the mornings I can't use the green clean could cause mold or not a chance?

you have a large spider mite problem dont be fooled. they like your habits, figure out why to avoid them next time.
if you're close to harvest try a vacuum every day. an ice water dunk will kill mites, a blast from ice cold hose water will get rid of some too, but you still got them.
