spots on leaves

Hi all.
spotty leaves, not sure what's going on. Please help! looks like calcium deficiency maybe?

Strain: Gorilla glue #4 autoflowering. First time I've ever grown this strain.
week 4 from germination
nutrifield two part nutrients plus nutrifield bud burst.
RDWC
EC 1.0 - 1.2
PH 6.3-6.5. I let the PH rise to 6.5 and then PH it down to 5.5 with phosphoric acid. never had any issues with other autos doing this.
I usually run my other autos at EC 1.6 from day one and increase to EC 1.8 - 2.0 after buds have been forming for a week or two, but those are very hungry strains. I figured I would start at EC 1.0 - 1.2 and ease it up with the new strain. do you think I am under feeding them?
The plant in the front left corner is getting daily colloidal silver applications as this is a seed run, so if it looks a bit grey to you that's probably why.

So based on the deficiency chart I'm guessing Calcium deficiency. Doesn't make sense as the PH has been on the high side of 6 for the last little while.
Anyways what I'm doing in the mean time until I can get some advice is making up some calcium acetate from egg shells and vinegar and mixing in some epsom salts. will add that to the res and hope for the best.

TIA
