yes, be very concerned about this. you can use many things in foliar spray, and after the spray you should hit them again with a heavy stream of water, just to kill any eggs or leftover mites.
heres what you can use for veg:
canola oil(tablespoon per gallon)
marigold flowers
diced garlic
neem oil
jalepeno peppers(boiled into water)
you can also use most of these on your top soil for aphids in your soil.

always shake up the foliar spray so it mixes well, a heavy spray before and after would be good. make sure to hit the bottoms of leaves too, thats where they stay. they can also hide in your buds, in this case you need to give them a heavy spray.

you can also also get rid of them using Hot pepper extracts , Btw a white spidy mite ? did you double check to see if its wasn't an aphid
