Spider mite prevention

I've not seen any signs of any spider mites but I'm paranoid about them. So is there anything I can do to my grow room (closet) to help prevent them??

Grab some Capt. Jacks dead bug brew and spray your plants once a week. It is a very good mite control and is easy on plants. SPINOSAD can also be added to a watering regiment for plant to drink systemically.

if you dont bring outside plants into your room you should be fine. Also if you ever go to another persons grow make sure you change your clothes before entering your own grow. It is rare to get mites from nature, it is other growers or clones like 99% of the time.

Is it 4 Tbl Spoons of Spino per gallon of water for the spray? 2 tbl spoons for a soil drench?

Thanks. :-)

When i am running soil -

I kept mine around 1 tbsp per gallon for my 3-5 gallon pots . It seemed to do the trick.
It seemed to control at EVERY OTHER watering regiment. I kept feed mixes separate from spinosad and only used when watering when plant got thirsty.

Which falls within treatment time of every 3-4 days.
