Though I have yet to use your lights, I have Amare Technology and a BML Spydr 600 that Nick collaborated with me to develop back in 2014 (still works great), Ive been promoting your lights over Mars for about a year now, BUT, suggesting people to get ~ 1" risers to separate the drivers from the panels to reduce heat to the panels. Be interesting to see how long these last in a commercial op

Yes. I set the fan height so it would blow over the SPYDR spine and bars: that improved efficiency

Hi SF, we use your 4000 and 2000 series QB lights in one of our flower rooms and have gotten good results(see photos). We've tried the SF-4000 lights in one of our veg rooms, but to be honest the results have been average. The HLG Bspec lights have been great, but we are looking for a more affordable option for our next veg room. Is a veg QB only light something you might consider creating in the near future? There is definitely a need and a lack of good competition.

Our lights is sunlike full spectrum suit for all growth stage of your plants. You can adjust the lightness and wattage to suit different growth stage.
Now we upgraded with dimmer knob and multi-connect function, easy to operate. You can consider.

Thank you for your reply and taking into consideration the idea of a veg only light.

I understand that its possible to dial down the wattage, but the light still gives the same spectrum. My suggestion is creating a spectrum of led lights specific for the veg stage.

Currently the HLG B-Spec lights use white 3500k and blue 470nm leds. No other QB grow lights are available in this configuration.

As a temporary solution our veg rooms are using the Maxsison QB lights, which are mostly comprised of 3500k and 6500k leds. Compared to the SF QB line which uses mostly 3000k and 5000k leds. We have noticed our plants in veg have tighter nodes and are slightly taller too when using the Maxsison lights.

@Spiderfarmerled I think you're doing a great job targeting the small/tent growers with an all-in-one light. But for the commercial/medical growers, having veg and flowering specific lights make a massive difference in efficiency.

I will be getting an sf4000 to replace my spectrum king sk600

Consider 2 @ 2000s instead, unless your grow space is big enough for hot air to escape the 4000 blocking heat in your canopy
