Lucky! I know I’m just one guy and this is one instance, but they did me dirty.
I purchased a pack, and the next day I emailed them asking to cancel it. They replied back really quickly saying ‘we didn’t forget about your order, no worries we will ship it out soon’. So I responded I just want to cancel my order since their return policy states you can cancel for any reason as long as the item is not shipped. Heard nothing from them. I emailed them 1 more time asking to please cancel the order and not make a shipping label. Well, they did not respond to me anymore, and today they just made a shipping label. Now I can’t cancel as stated in their policy.
That’s pretty damn shady if you ask me. It’s just one order, speakeasy could have easily canceled it. Now they lost a customer for life. Over one order. Just wanted to warn y’all and hope you don’t support snake business like this. I surely don’t.

if you payed with CC just call them up and cancel it that way. if done right you will get free seeds out of it xD lol

Nah karma’s a bitch.
Anyways they ended up canceling my order and refunding the money like I asked for. Not sure why they randomly stopped responding to emails in the first place, idk seemed sketchy at first. maybe they read this thread lol. In the end they fixed the problem though.. just thought I would let you all know. I personally won’t be buying from them anymore but not saying anyone shouldn’t
