Nah man, they would probably strip our planet of some or all of our resources ( water , silica, etc. ) and would exterminate us or take us along for food as they search for the next planet :cry: .

I think any race of aliens that is good would know that it is best to stay away from us, so that they don't influence us,or alter our natural timeline in any way.On a side note, many of the things we have today in our lives are the result of reverse engineering of crashed alien spacecraft. ( Roswell, etc. ). Your CDs,Personal computer,Microwave, all kinds of stuff :mrgreen: .

If aliens wanted it, it would have been taken... period. There is no (insert star trek treaty name that prevents interference with planets that dont have technology) lol.

We can only imagine the vast resources the entire UNIVERSE holds... to think they would come to our stinky little planet to rape it is pretty arrogant.

I can see some war of the worlds/cattle type stuff... that is more plausible... but the natural resources here can't be only here - gotta be an easier way/closer planet :)

I can also see helping to develop technology for mutual benefit, in the event they were a peaceful folk.

I'm not saying that a more advanced race with peaceful intentions would stay out of our business do to some silly treaty. I'm saying that they would be advanced in philosophy enough to realize that this is how things would have to be done ( assuming you are a good and peaceful race ).
