No problem at all. The trics on the leaves mature lots faster than the calyxes do, you could have mostly amber trics on your leaves and mostly clear trics on your calyxes which could cause you to chop too early... Not a very good high and the final product will not taste anywhere near what it could have. Next step is drying and curing which is equally important for a good final product.
