sorry, just have to vent a bit...
you see, it's about a really good friend of mine. in fact, the friend that introduced me to marijuana. this all begins with my friend (Phil just so I don't have to keep saying "my friend" over and over again) getting put on probation for breaking someones jaw in a fight last year. time goes by and he gets a girlfiriend who is pretty messed up in the head. like, a "crazy" chick if you get what I'm saying. If you don't, you'll probably understand if you even bothered to read this. but as it goes, more time passes and the two finally break up. and as I said, she's a "crazy" chick and starts bitching and bitching and basically trying to sabotage and embarass Phil.
well he finally gets fed up with this and one day he found her in school and just started flipping out and screaming and yelling at her. he got in a lot of trouble with the school and he ended up getting sent to another different school. this changed out relatonship. after that we didn't speak for about 4-5 months because he thought me and our little group of friends disliked him because of all the trouble he got in. well time goes by and we actually started talking again. we hung once and I gotta say, one of the happier days I've had in a real long time. we hugged, and told each other how much we issed each other. not gonna lie that it's a little gay, but it's plutonic love. a couple days after that he was supposed to have a court date because his crazy ex and her family (who live down the street from him) wanted to sue him for yelling at her and such.
Phil showed up, but the other family didn't and he didn't get in any other trouble. The judge said though that if he fucks up one more time that he's done and getting locked away. a couple days after that I hung out with him once more. this is where shit gets real bad pretty much. nothing bad happened that day while hanging out, everything was chill and fine with us. we were working on our friendship once more. I go home and the next day rolls around and there was a call from the school saying that there was a bomb threat letter sent to the school. they didn't say who though. later on that night a friend of my parents and Phil's parents comes by my house (just to clear things up, because I'm absolutely postitive that if you're reading this you most likely think I'm not 18 and I shouldn't be on here, but I just turned 19. let's please just leave it at that, no one reads my shit anyway, let's move on) and starts telling us that Phil got arrested that day. and as I'm sure you would've already assumed, it was Phil who supposedly sent that bomb threat to the school.
this deeply disturbed me and angered me for a few reasons. one being that as Phil was being arrested, his ex and family was standing outside of their house clapping and cheering that he was being taken away. another thing is that I know Phil isn't THAT stupid to go and do somethig like that. the last thing he wanted was trouble and for him to send a letter threatening to blow up part of the school just blew my fucking mind. he was then put into a detention center and for the next month they did a whole bunch of investigation and testing as to see wether or not it was him or not. after the month they found nothing but they insisted on doing deeper investigation and psychiatric testing because they though Phil was in denial of sending the letter. even after the next half a month of that, nothing was found still. in fact, what they found is that someone hacked into all the computer jazz in his house and sent the letter so it would get tracked back to his IP address and all that.
Phil was framed. I also think that it's a little fishy that the letter was sent from his ex's e-mail address. I'm also pretty sure her family has some sort of connections with the cops in my town and they're more or less conspiring against Phil. but, I don't want to jump to conclusions, just a theory. think about it, Phil didn't get in trouble or anything at first, but it just so happens that a week later Phil's getting arrested and that crazy fucked up family somehow knew that Phil was being arrested and were cheering and applauding this. it's fucked up. makes me angry at them. and even though Phil was found innocent, he was still put under house arrest because even being accused of something like that is a violation to probation.
I'm kinda sad/mad/relieved about the whole situation. I really wanna see him. I only hung out with him briefly, and I miss him and I know he misses the rest of our little group of friends...
