Somethings wrong with my plant!! help

ok i went out to my grow room yesterday and my leaves on my plant were curling under a liitle bit!! Then last night i went out there and i was worse the first pic is from yesterday the second is today i put it outside cause i thote it was heat stress the leavs havent got any better what can i do this is a female plant and i want to save it!!

this looks like over-watering...do you think that could be the problem? It's definitely not heat stress, and if it was an indoor plant and you just put it outside, it's going to get burned.

okay you watered it sunday, and you posted this today? in the pic it is totally soaked. If you don't think it's over-watering that's fine, I could certainly be wrong. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.

well idk i cant do anything about it i dont think if it wants to live it will pop back out

Have you got drainage holes in that pot?

if so, they're definitely clogged or your ph is unbalanced, causing a build up of salt and shit in the soil and your plants aint getting what they need, hense the ligaments got floppy.

I agree with MightS. You either dont have drain holes in that pot or thier clogged. I cant imagine soil staying that wet after 2 days outside. My outdoor pots look practically dry after 2 days outside and my plants arent even half that size yet. You have some moisture control soil maybe?

I can't really see the pot, but im thinking it might be too small for that plant aswell.

Only a thought, but this cud lead it becoming root bound and similar symptoms being shown as those in the picture.

But tbh mate, by the looks of the plants around your girl in the picture. Your no born gardener; dont just leave it and hope it'll get better. FIX IT! Wish you all the best.

nope the holes arnt clogged up the i pulled it outa the pot and the soils a little damp but its not soaked or rootbound so idk whars up with it the leaves arnt drying up it just curling up!!

is there any why for it to come back to normal cuz its not dead!!
