How much water do i need to put in? Or how doni figure it out?
I see you have an exposed section of the pot at the top...looks like 1" deep...the 16oz should fill half that volume..pour it in fast and the water will float down evenly.
My mother plants are about the size plant you have and sitting under fl & cfl....they get water when the leaf looks thirsty.about 3 days apart.

From past grow experience wich is 5 so not a pro but water untill you get a good run off then leave it until dry.
My room temps are 26c on and 18c off both vegg and flowering room. I water untill I achieve 30% run off and get rid of the run off ( do not sit your plant in a tray that has run off water).
Water when it's completely dry use the dry weight and wet weight judgement method.
I do that because of past problems from not getting a run off so the plant was re eating it shit wich caused ph imbalance and lock outs... needs to be washed away if you know what I mean.
I am only saying this because it's what I am doing with my plants I am I soil too mg root boost potting mix, I'm here to explain how I took my first step of eliminating problems caused by faults... What you fo with my advice is up to you but

I'm in the process of getting a ph pen is their anything i can do to lowwer/raise ph?
I use lemon juice for ph down(acidic) and baking soda for ph up(non acidic). It's an organic way to ph up and down instead of buying expensive chemicals to do the job, plus they only cost a couple of bucks a piece at wal-mart.

A light that works really well in veg is a T5 4 foot or 2 foot...
For flower a 400hps will do a good job.
I use a 600w above a 4x4 flood table
For long veg plants in smart pots I will use a 1000w hps and put 5 plants under it

In the 4x4 flood table I put 60 x 6"rw cubes...next run will be 6" pots filled with hydroton(re-useable rock)

@Jacob amuro You're overwatering, she's very droopy. Stick your finger into the soil up to the second knuckle (2 inch) if its dry then water. May want to buy a moisture meter if this is an issue or do the pot weight test...

Just got some ph strips while i wait for my paycheck, and some nutrients going to add next water day top leaves look better than the lower ones but arr still getting the drying tip

They look like they need to be flushed then restart nutes and a low level try 20% and ease it into it they look like good size though just a bit of over kill due to nitrogen toxicity maby hope it come good for you mate

I flush with 1 litre bottles of distilled water from the shop normaly i flush with 3 litres per pot depending on the size of the pot i use a 11 litre pot ao 3 litres normaly drains about 30%-40% run off thats how i do it if i get problems on this particular grow im doing i havent had any hickups (touch wood) but yeah just flush untill you see roughly 30% of what you put in come out and that will get rid of anything in the soil or whaterver you are using :)
