Some info about pots and sizes

So last month I started my carrier as gardener at local company, and today I got my hands on 200l pot ) My question is, will this big pot increase my yield if I put 1 plant in it (will root system adjust to such a big pot)?
And what is better- to pot a seedling in a final pot, or to transplant it several times from smaller to bigger pots?

I read a great quote a while back on here I think:
"No one ever said I wish I had gone with a smaller pot"
Pretty well says it all

i'd transition to the larger pot with smaller ones, it's easier.

if you put a seedling in a 200l pot it will be take a hell of a long time to grow, better to have the right size pot for the job.

start small then transplant up in stages.
