Be very careful with super thrive one tear
drop per litre yes should help ,but just mix a weak nutrient mix up,around 0.5 what's the humidity

I don't have any other nutrients other than this right now . and the humidity has been about 50%

Yea its well worth using its main purpose is for stress but make sure that you do not over do it,don't get any on any of the leafs or it will burn,them get a eye dropper,and add one drop per litre
good luck you will need to sort something out soon nutrient wise though
