This is a hydro grow... You give nutes from the start. I do all the time. My first batch of feed will measure 0.4 ec. If the plants were in the outdoors, they would have to survive on nutrient concentrations already in the soil.

In hydro you need to use nutes right away.

Although from the pic's it seems as though you have overnuted somewhat. How often are you feeding them loveit?
i did overnute. too much rootjuice, and also ppm too high on first feeding, but i just began germing 2 more of the somango and 2 of the widows as well, and i pH'ed the water for my paper towels to 5.8... i'm gonna get these off the ground right, and hopefully better my chances for selecting a sturdy mother of each!

300 ppm should not be strong enough to burn the plants make sure your humidity is up and your nutrients are good i have bought bad nutrients befor also make sure u refridgerate or keep nutrients in a cool place other than your grow room especially when it comes to organics. Also be warned some of somas strains including somango will go hermi on you if stressed earley on in life or if plants get too root bound during flowering thats why with his strains i go dwc and keep temps at 75 all organic i will be starting a thread to show you all how to you earthjuice and many other organic nutrients to do dwc hydro effectivley without trouble and how to use mericlegrow for hydro
