They claim there are absolutely 0 solvents, it's an "all natural process," and that they add no artificial terpenes such as limonene.

That's bunk. So not only does it sizzle it may have been adulterated too. That's just working backwards. If you don't like the flavor try a different strain or blending strains, not adding fillers/enhancers. If indeed that is the fact, not pointing fingers.

it looks really good, but the sizzle (lol) and added adulterants, id pass. and the lemon taste, not my cup of tea.

Sounds like citrus oil to me. I've wondered if it is practical to dissolve hash into a little of it and then filter. That might explain the sputter.

^That's what I imagine, since terpenes are extremely volatile, and it smells so strong of citrus. The first thing out of people's mouths when they see it is, "that smells like candy!"

I think you're on to something. A little bit of heat will make it less viscous for purposes of processing.
