So your thinking the nutes im using are not "complete"?? this might be right but then why is is the same nutes have been running fine for the past 4 years with no issues? Also the 1 plant with organic soil that is also showing the same symptoms and has not been fed these nutes. Just a nice organic mix with EWC tea at dinner time??

That's exactly the info I was looking for, did not find it after a Google search. Good food for a typical organically enriched potting soil. Not enough for a totally inert soil-less medium like you're using. You'll have the best results with a complete food like Dyna-Gro, which has ALL 16 essential elements.
Not sure why the 1/3 rate? Seems to me if you're not getting any nutrition from the medium that you'd want to provide more nutrition in the form of a plant food. What are you afraid of? You have to combine the nutritional value of what's being provided in your soil with what you're applying and go from there. Sum of the parts thingie....
Curious, what is the organic soil you're using and if you know, what nutritional value or charge does it have?
As an aside, it's not a zinc issue. Your food has zinc and like the pH drills, someone's guessing, not knowing.

Problem is im in china just now. really difficult getting even what i got. Selection is limited. Any other brand names you can think of? I am searching as we speak using google to translate to see if i can find here

Miracle Gro is fine but you're still left with insufficient nutrients regarding your inert medium.

The above link is what i use for veg. Could you please tell me is this complete or its missing something. I assumed it was complete. In the past i had always added soil into my pot mixes. problems is neighbours were thinking it was werid with all the large bags of dirt etc so i cut it out this time

I told you twice it was missing something and gave my recommendation. What more do you need, even gave you resources to call.
Here's the biggest problem and the main cause of the stunting, the foods are high in urea and are not a good match for your soil-less mix.
30% Nitrogen Total (N)
You can always take that soil-less mix and add some composted livestock manure or compost to it and then your Peters 30-10-10 will be fine as it will have the microbes necessary to process all forms (ammonical an urea) of N.

Thanks for the help. I understand now. The dyna-gro sounds the way forward at i will contact them for my next grow. No time for this 1. I have found a modified Hoagland's solution i can use just now. As i said limited with what i can get here.

Contacted them today. They said it will take 15-20 days to arrive. But customs here like to take there time so will be at least a month. So finally have some good nutes soon.
Still leaves me with the girls i got going just now.I have put the clones in 2:1 perlite vercumilite mix and will just use a Hydroponic Hoagland's solution that i managed to find at a chinese Hydro store. I'm hoping this will keep them growing till the Dyna-gro arrives.

I just did a quick cursory glance. Seems the hoaglands is the NPK but you still have to add micros, and too much or too little can spell trouble.
