I can attest to Happy Frog, it's great stuff. I up pot into Ocean Forest or if it's an auto I'll fill the bottom 1/2 of the pot with oceans forest, throw some happy frog on top of that to plant in and I'll leave room and top dress with ocean Forest later.

Idk those brands except on paper but regardless it is best to start in light soil like seedling compost or light mix then move up to the more rich grow soil mixes as they can be hot for seedlings bud

I've sprouted in straight oceans forest just fine, allegedly some bags are a little hotter than others. Happy frog has beneficial bacteria and a lower, safer, more forgiving amount of nutrients.

start to finish all the way through flower or should I switch to ocean forest with some worm castings ?
I definitely recommend worm castings all the way through. I topdress ewc with the dry amendments every 2 weeks and use compost tea on the weeks in between (I do use fish shit as a substitute when I’m lazy). Your plants will thank you. I usually have worms in my pots when I break up the rootballs.

What is compost tea?
