Soil Vibration?

IS there any device out there/tests that have been Done with something vibrating your whole pot, allowing roots to grow faster/bigger, with less root restriction and constant work. I am talking a very slight but firm vibration.

thanks

I don't think it will work. Becouse in construction we use water and vibration to compact the soil we are building on. And depending on the soil you use it might get hard over the root zone. And after time it could move cutting the roots. I don't know but that's just my opinion.

yea i didnt mean vibrate when watering or vibrate when wet. More so upon drying. there's also no weight compacting it, I dont think this has been tested much ^_^

well vibration without weight will settle the soil and all the small particles will be filtered down and left at the bottom with very large harder pieces towards the top of the pot and it will harden like stone at the bottom.

the tool used to take the air bubbles out of concrete is called a vibrating poker, you keep it in only for a few seconds or
if you hold it in the wet concrete too long all the stone chips in the concrete (cement, sand, stone chips) will vibrate to the bottom and the concrete will be weak at the surface and crack.

plants love airborne vibration like loud music.
,

if you want to strenghthen and lengthen your roots then use a rooting nutrient along with grow/bloom and boost nutrients.
and you can use a pot called an airpot they are good and here is a link.

better still, go hydro/aero and build your own oxy pot system with a built in ebb and flow and air stones in each pot.
plants go grow crazy in this system it is the rolls royce of hydro/aero pots with 2 systems in one.
