Soil mixture our hydro shop suggests using..

Hi,

So for the first time i mixed my own soil that i will be using for growing organic WW.
Nutes i use include Biobizz Bloom, Fish, Grow. I have Diamond Nectar, Liquid compost [Humic Acid, grow shop range], Kelpak, Ripen, Bio Roots.

Soil Mixture:
COCO PEAT 5 kg = 11.0231 lb
PERLITE 5 kg = 11.0231 lb

WORM CASTINGS 15dm3 = ??
FINE DOLOMITE LIME 250 g = 8.81849 oz
TURBO GROW VOLCANIC ROCK DUST 200 g = 7.05479 oz
ROCK PHOSPHATE 200 g = 7.05479 oz
BAT GUANO 200 g = 7.05479 oz
MYCOROOT 120 g = 4.23287 oz

Can someone please tell me what they think of this soil mix, since i am very new to this.
What else is needed or needs to be taken out of this mixture?
