Soil mix for outdoor, in 2 weeks?

This is my first post here, and I'm kind of a noob.

For the hell of it I started some bag seeds 6 or so weeks ago.

3 of 5 showed to be female (completely converted to flowering after 1 night of dark from 24 hours).

One turned out to be a runt, the other two gave me 11 flowering clones.

I took the clones about two weeks after the one-night of darkness.

Clones are now about 10 days old and most plants lost their buds during the last week.

Anyway, If you're still reading, I now have a place I can put them outside (around July 1), but am wondering about pot-size and soil types/additives.

Right now I am thinking about using 20L buckets and a good potting soil from a local greenhouse.

Would it make any difference (my plants are just rooted clones, except the 3 mommas) if I used 10L water jugs instead of 20L ones?

I know I shouldn't be adding nitrogen at this point, so what are a few things one might suggest?

I will be adding some lime and perlite, just not sure of how much lime to add right now.

I am looking for cheap, the pots will just be $1 water jugs and soil will be less than $5 CAN.

Also, I'm worried about my plants flowering hardcore once they go outside again. Would this end my season early, or will the budding stretch out for a longer period? Should this be expected?

I will be using promix as it's just $25/107L bail. Two should do it.

I might use 5 gallon grow bags, as they are 65 cents each. I'm just worried about their sturdiness in high winds.
