Soil & Lighting

So this is my first time growing and just trying a trail plant for now.

What is the best soil for seedling ?
Best light for seedling ?
Environment..closed area or open area?
Fertilizer for seedling?
I know its 18/6 on light.

Any other suggestions for starters?

Best soil for seedling: Doesn't matter really as long as it doesn't have a super high NPK.
Best light for seedlings: Some will say 24/0, some will say 18/6. I prefer 18/6. Keep in mind you will need 6000k blue spectrum for vegging, and 2700k red spectrum for flowering.
Environment: Close that shit up and install some good ventiliation so air keeps moving and it doesn't get too hot. Also if you close off your grow area, your take down your chances of getting pests.
Ferts for seedlings: Maybe some Superthrive, at low concentration levels would do some good, but other than that, just plain ol' ph'd water during the seedling stage.

6000k blue spectrum ... in other words ???
would 400watt fluorescent light tube or bulb be good for seedling? Im going to be growing 5 plant.

Need the basic info for seedling.
