I would go with the attitude seed bank, they're the most reliable at this time.

I would still veg with CFL's, its up to you tho, gotta see what works best for you.

MG or Miracle Grow, Moisture Control should be available up there, and what do you mean what website? for seeds?

Thanks man, im using MG Moisture control, mixed with Perlite.
I vegged with CFL's and im now flowering with a HPS, but before this i was using CFL's through out Veg and Flower.
