SOIL HELP + O2 to plant roots?

Hey guys,
Im preparing my soil from my grow, and it turns out its a light brown color, a little orange, and looks like of clay but feels like soil. It has grass growing over it in some parts, but in others when I dig it up there are worms and stuff living in it. My question is if the soil is ok, or what else should i add to it? What can i do to ensure my plants will not have root rot and will have enough O2?

ALSO, very important. My grow spot that is on a hill, id say about a 45 degree slope. Will this help with drainage, or what will this do? Do i need extra drainage, or should i have water-holding aids in my soil mix (ie. vermiculite).

Attached is a picture of the soil and a picture of the slope.

PS what animal is that poop?

Dont even plant in that shit soil, get a few buckets & fill them with growers mix, take em to your grow area & paint the bucket camo color, you'll have a much easier time.

Or, if your intent on planting directly in the ground dig out holes, till the hole then fill the hole with growers mix before you plant.

Well if the worms like it.... Hmm. Do you think worms would live in it if it had bad drainage? If you firgured this out. Then you would be able to assume the soil is either ok or not to grow in.

its very hard to tell if my plants would be able to, other plants seems to like it, but there are a few bare patches where its only clay/soil. i wanted to see if i need to import soil to this location and maybe mix it with this golden brown dirt
