soil amendment

I have a similar setup to sub's outdoor (when he moved to his new dig's) :I use raised beds. the bed's are about the same size as sub's. When i started I filled about half (bottom half) with super soil, the rest(top half) with 2/3 roots 1/3 bio biz light (base soil). this worked great, but now or soon a new season will be upon us. What should I do to refresh the soil. I was going to till in some super soil, but am afraid mixing the super soil will make the whole bed to hot, being that there is no longer a seperation of super soil and base soil. any help would be appeciated

sterilize the soil by letting bake in the sun during compost. you can reuse the soil if u need to
