For a meaninful answer you would have to provide the area those 30 plants are in. For example 30 plants in a 8'x8' can take a longer veg than if they are in a 3'x3' area... Ya Dig?

I dig, I dig, they're in a 6x6 area I'm aiming for like 2 pounds if possible
That would be possible if you were Jorge Cervantes but youre gonna find it tough to achieve those yields if youve limited experience. Youre more likey to get a quarter of that if youre super lucky.

Do you realise with 30 plants your aiming to get 24oz a plant? Dont' you think thats ambitious for someone new to growing?

Um..

30 plants X 24 oz = 720 oz =25.7 pounds

2 pounds = 56 oz

56 oz / 30 plants = 1.86 oz/plant

2 zips a plant should be not that hard in a 5 x 6 matrix.

If I could pull close to 1/2 pound under 400w HPS 2.5'x2.5', he should be able to pull 4 x's that with 5 x's the light and 6x's the sq footage.
