Ok friends, i had to revamp the lid so i flipped it and it comes out like this,...with no more leaks

a little fog???
i have noticed a decline in fog production in the 1st tub and i think that the ph or nutes may be affecting the ceramic disk. i will hafta check out nutramist and see what hey use. they claim that their misters can ionize the solution as well so i need to find a cure for that. cant be bad after just 1 month.

Well I have learned a lot about my strains over the last few rotations, i have done dirt, hydro and Aero/hydro/fog whatever you want to call it. I think i need a little extra time in the cloner and then i am planning on doing FIM cuts and trying to get 4 colas per plant. also, i dont have enough moms to keep up so i fugured extra time in cloner will leave me enough to get a cutting or 2 from each clone. I am going to experiment with this for a cycle or two and see what comes out. might be swithching to 2 600w instead of 1-1000w
to get better coverage. maybe balls out and 2-1000w
Happy trails, happy grows. hope you like. gonna tweak and try to get fuller denser buds and shorter plants. the sat queen takes much longer to flower as well(bout 3 weeks) but deep stoney high. the jack wont let you sit down, and the anesthesia is exactly what it is up if you want to but when you sit it is couchlock city baby!

Hey LOWE21 I have been working on building a system that is similar to EPIX. A little tweak here and there. I just put my first set of clones in the cloner. I have switched over from DWC. I am curious about your setup. Do you think you could post some more pics? Any tips to make my cloneing a succes would also be appreciated.

nice pics... i used 2 600w for years and they do produce some fat colas as well as the spacing but i just upgradid to 2 1000w's and i got a co2 generator water coold.. every one says if ur gonna use two 1000wrs u gotta use co2. just got my cloner built ill take pics after work.. good lookin on every thing and good luck.

Sorry Lowe......When I looked at this thread yesterday the pics did not show up. It makes alot more sense with pics! lol. I really like that jack berry. Well its been almost 2 days since i put my clones in the cloner and they havent died. I will start a journal this weekend (really busy at work). I have jillybean, power kush, and a few bagseed from one of my patients. Seeing your op rollin get me excited. I cant wait till I have my 4 tables full. Nice work Lowe

yeah they get tangled but it is not a prob cuz they stay in there the whole time. i like it better actually because cleaning is just picking up a pile of roots and spraying out the tub. DONE! ready t go again!

Hey thanks! I really appreciate it. I tried to simplify everything. also with a 40 gal rez i can go on 1 month change outs using this program. the JB is some crazy stuff too. smaked a bunch and almost started to dismantle the set up. NOT JOKING!
i am wondering about these yellow banana things that i hear come after flowering too long as well. never seen them before but i want to get some to see if i can produce fem seeds. any one know where i can see a pic of some plants doing this please let me know. till then i will keep searching. had some flowering forever now and no banana looking things yet.

the bannanas are from male plants. the way i understand it and i havent tried it but you can stress out your female of your choice so she will turn hermie and then allow her to produce seeds with her self. try not to let outher polan from outher plants interact with that one hermie. after you have seeds you can then do the same process over and over untill you stablize the strain and then you got fem seeds... like i said never tryd it and correct me if im wrong any one but thats how it was explande to me.

I would like to throw in some other advice if I may. If you use pollen from a hermie you will get 1 of 2 seeds, hermie or female because the pollen only holds the genes of that particular plant. No male pollen means no male seeds but the chance of hermie seeds (bad genetics) are very high with this method. The method I have used and very much trust is getting an artificial pollen and using it to impregnate your female of choice and she will then be "confused" and produce seeds unto false pretense. The only gene carried during this process is female and therefore gives 100% "no stress" feminized seeds. I used this technique many times in the past. I cant remember what the pollen is called but if you can find a local nursery and ask if they carry artificial pollen they may have it. Now be prepared to pay top dollar for the stuff. Here in Ca, USA I paid $100 for a 2 oz vial and the pollen only last for like 3 months. Hope this helps. Can you provide more info on this "artificial" pollen you speak of? Like maybe a name or website of someone who carries it? I tried a google search and really came up empty-handed...
