if you have a low opiate tolerance or are opiate niave it will make you sick. it is 25 times more potent than morphine but that pretty much is all canceled out by the nalaxone, that is why it is an agonist/antagonist

Yup, that is exactly right, Buprenorphine and Suboxone are the same thing and they definitely need to be taken sublingual. My girlfriend takes it, for those of you that don't know taking it sublingual means you have to let it dissolve under your tongue. That would explain all the puking for those of you who decided to eat it all at once. I really can't stress enough that people should know what they are taking and how to take it before they just go shoving pills down their throats. Its really stupid and you could kill yourself.
On a side note, I let half a pill dissolve under my tongue and an hour later had a warm itchy opiate buzz and was only ever so slightly nauseous. Cigarettes will make the nausea much worse, or at least that's what the misses tells me.

Yeah, its not exactly a desirable recreational drug. More of a try it once type thing, or if you're desperate to catch a buzz.

i have been addicted to heroin for going on 2 years now, i have a prescription to suboxone...and its a wonder drug, if i wake up sick, i just stick one under my tounge and i am no longer sick that day, heroin withdrawls are horrible ( dope sick )
if you take suboxone for 3 days straight you will no longer wake up sick from H withdrawls, just mental cravings....suboxone can not be used for recreation, it wont get you high, mabye if youve never used any opiates you might feel something, but trust me, it just is for taking away H withdrawls...it is a wonderful drug, and it can be used in a very smart way to get off heroin in less than 3 days. heroin addiction is hell, and is the most stupid thing anyone could willingly do. most people dont wake up and say hey i want to beaddicted to heroin! no, it happens over time, before you know it you wake up sick, cold sweats, etc. and you have to go get a shot. its hell, and no one should want to go through it. unless you have been addicted to heroin you dont know what being dope sick is, so dont talk to me about that if you havent been there. all in all. dont do heroin. and you wont have to get suboxone
but if you are addicted to h, suboxone is there and its wonderful. anyquestions just ask

naloxone is the only drug that takes effect if you use it any other way than under your tounge. also, if you are not in heroin withdrawls, you cant take the suboxone, as it will send you into withdrawls, horrible stuff... but great pill if used correctly.

You can take it recreationally, I did myself and felt a whole lot. As you said yourself if you don't use opiates on the regular you will feel something. You can also take it without getting withdrawal symptoms. You just can't take it regularly without getting withdrawal symptoms. This is true of pretty much every drug on the planet.

For people with addictive personalities that's true... I don't find opiates/opioids addictive
I understand where you are coming from and would agree with you normally about most things but 'H' is different, physical addiction is way different than pyschological.
I think most things are just mostly habits but in this case I have to disagree with you.

hahaha thats the most ridicolous thing ever, i used to use h on the weekends too and now im physically addicted...so dont feed me that bull shit....opiates ARE PHYSICALLY ADDICTIVE....fuck an addictive personality. use heroin for a while a lot and tell me u dont get dope sick...cold sweats, nausea, all that shit, its physically addictive..ur personality has nothing to do with it buddy...not to be an asshole...its just the facts...

cocaine, anything else is just mentally addictive, and there, i would agree that an addictive personality has something to do with it....but heroin and all opiates are physically addictive if you use them for long enough, it has nothing to do with your "addictive personality"...just the truth...
