so who has flowered a hermie??

I hate to even be asking this question, but i'm not killing two, possibly three plants.... so here's the story... started with 14 plants, ended up with 9females.... now, about 3weeks into flower, i have two that have some nuts and possibly a third... i'm not worried about having a seeded crop, as it is for me to smoke anyway, just wondering if it would even be worth it to continue flowering these lil things?? Help a guy out, I've never had a hermie before :cry:

Yea man even if you try and clip the sacs, you will still get seeded buds, just cut your losses and play it safe, i mean now you have more light for the other plants

well.... as stated, i dont really care about some seeds.... i would expect the herms to be full of them, but would imagine (from my experience keeping full-on males in the tent for breeding) that as long as i clip off the few balls that i find (and i'm pretty thorough) that the pollination of the other plants would be kept to a minimum.... unless of course these trannies get out of control with nuts everywhere.....

maybe i'm just grasping at straws here, i dunno..... regardless, i'm wishing i wouldnt have planted the bagseed, as i believe the others to be reliable ;)

i had a hermie before, it was a bagseed, it only grew a handful of male flowers that came out of the middle of the nugs, i pinched off the flowers. Out of the 1/2 ounce or so that i smoke i only found one seed, i didnt get to check the rest of it as it was stolen from me by the person that i grew it with, a 55 year old cancer patient stole my whole crop minus that 1/2 i smoked, i spent 4 months on it and that old fucking bastard stole the rest, he will get his karma soon enough

read my first grow- out of 10 plants I got 3 hermies, read it all I got plenty pics of the harvest too, they were a decent smoke & around 85 % of the seeds I've planted from them (in my back garden) have been fems x

i dont believe in "stress induced hermies".... I've done some half ass grows with all kinds of "stress".... never a problem.... i get a good grow together, everything on timers, no light leaks, etc; and now i have hermies.... i think i'm just cursed

dude i would kill those fuckers! 3 weeks in and they are showing nuts, think about 5 weeks from now. you might mess around and get a closet full of seed. more seed than you want, jmo

You are already going to have seed... I found 4 hermies in my grow and just tonight Ive spotted some seeds growing.. Only 1 male ball bursted and I still got seeds.fk

My first two grows wound up being all three hermies - grew 'em out, the smoke was good, no seeds. If you're going to be dilligent in removing pollen sacks, go ahead and grow them out.

Not sure bout this but don't feminized seeds come from females that have turned hermie and produced seeds? I am a noob tho

if you have all those plants, there is no reason to fuck up your stash just to keep 3 hermies. cut those transvestites and make cannabutter so you can have some brownies or cookies :)
