Well the wife makes 14/hr as a Medical Assistant, I'm a manager at a hotel and i salary 2600/month. I try to keep it 40 hours a week but that tends to never work out lol. And yea, im glad i didnt buy a house 5 years ago, now is the time to buy for sure.

holy fricken crap man, it would be cheaper to live in oregon/washington and fly to work everyday than to buy a house and live in cali.

there are cheap places in CA, way up north or inland... Central CA isn't too astronomically expensive to buy, depending on the area. I live in the heart of a major city. Even the valley is cheap compared to the more desirable areas. Then again, 600k for a 2bedroom would be a steal in NYC.
