with a bunch of ground up bud, shake, seeds and stems all mixed together. I'm trying to get all these seeds out so I can make some butter, but it seems like an endless job. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to separate the seeds from the shake?

If you're making butter, you might as well keep the seeds in. It's fine.

you're going to eventually strain out the contents anyway (hopefully thru silk screen quality material) so yeah, just leave em in..

Exactly... I could leave them in and strain them out, but I'm trying to keep these seeds for a future grow/johnny appleseed operation. Never seen this many seeds in my life
