So I have a female when do I switch lights?

I've asked this question b4 I think the answer was like wait a week and then change out the bulbs and btw I'm growing a auto so does this make any difference??

Female has nothing to do with light type.. I'm limited knowledge but it would depend on your strain etc.. from the little I know autos go for 60-90days? Veg for 2-3 weeks then switch to flower lights. The lighting time can remain 18/6 throughout
