Wow is all I can say. Much different than smoking. Id say I have a mind blowing couch lock but my mind still goes very fast. I could hardly answer the phone last night I was so relaxed.

I started out at 365 f and worked my way up to 390. I think I hit it too much because the herb was burned when I was done and I read youre only supposed to hit it till it loses its green color.

Well Im off to experiment again guys. Any tips, tricks or your own experiences would be awesome!
 
Yeah thats just about the right temp. range. And the bud should def. not be actually burnt or black at all, just brown and odorless. Kinda like dirt.

Is it a whip or a bag?

We got a whip digi-vapor and we do 190, stirring the bowl three times. The weed becomes fully spent, and creates less of an odor/waste than that 365+ stuff. IMO you may as well smoke it if you're going to go that high.

We bought the whip style digital as well. You do 190 C or 190 F?

185 C = 365 F

Maybe yours reads in Celsius?

Ive just read 365 F is the perfect temp.
 
the best why to find your vape temp of choice is to use it a lot and experiment with different settings. I use a vaporbrothers and I usually start off the temp really low and slowly turn up as the herb gets drier. however, my friend has the same vape and he always keeps the dial at 12 o'clock for the entire session. To each their own.

also vapes kick ass.

I kid not when I say 190. If you stir a lot then you will get all the THC out through vaporization.

a 2 gram blunt of the stuff vaped at 190 will only leave you with a bad taste in your mouth from the nasty shit left over from vaporization. I was getting really high and some nice smoky-looking [not smelling or tasting] hits that made me hack at 190 and I rolled 2 grams of the leftovers to make sure I was doing it right.

Overall, my recommendation... Don't smoke weed you have vaped. And 365 will definitely get it done faster, but 190 works, the problem is spending 20 minutes smoking a bowl...
 
I've been shopping for vape for a minute and have a question. Just how much herb does it take to vape one person and get a good buzz from some really good ganja.....???/ I usually keep some high quality smoke, right now some hydro ak47 and a gram lasts me a week....and that smoking 2-3 times a day....2 medium hits at a time...in a glass pipe. I've heard those who say you get "twice as high" with "half as much"...and everything in between.....being a med used, I don't partake the herb for stoned....rather for to feel good/good buzz.
Some post I've read mention vape-ing a gram at a time etc....THAT"S way too much to smoke of the weed I keep!!! I have a digital scale and keep up with what and how much etc......but some "real world" quantitative info would be helpful...

Half of what you would smoke in a pipe. Maybe a pinch more. That's my general opinion of our vape's function.
 
THC dose not freebase until the 350F for most strains give or take a few degrees. I don't know how it would work at all at 190 unless it's completely wrong and a lot hotter than it says...JR

We have been seriously considering that possibility. Our gauge is most likely off.
