Consider yourself lucky. A 10sac here is 1 gram, enough for 2 decent joints. Most dealers around here get annoyed if you ask them for such small bags.
Then there are others that only sell .4 gram joints for 5$ and make ~300/oz. But they usually only work parties and bars where they can get rid of many in a night.
