Yeah it definelty depends on ur personality to begin with. Im normally paranoid due to some things in my life that happened in the past, and just the way i am. Weed will make most ppl a little more paranoid, but nothing 2 bad. When i smoke i can hear ppl whispering from across the room, and i pay attention to things i never noticed before. Hearing ppl talk about u from far away will make u paranoid lol. The way i get over it is to just say "'fuck em', im high and there not and they probly wish they were high, but fuck em" lol. or for other things i just say "Who gives a fuck" if i think aliens are following me or sumthin lol.

Used to when I was younger, but never now days.
Sometimes walking around at night while you're stoned can be like hell.

Nah you don't have to be paranoid, you just have to stay chill and don't give a shit so you don't mess up your mood. Try not to stimulate your mind much, and concentrate on one thing at a time.
