Smoking hash

So, I have never smoked any good hash until today. What an excellent high! It had a sweet almost perfumy smell.

I just put a little chunk of it on the bong hit i was taking. What are some other ways to smoke hash?

One of the my fav methods involves taping a safety pin near a table edge, with the point straight up. Impale the hash on top of the pin and light it up nice and good. Place a large glass over the entire set up and let it fill up with smoke. Slide just a bit of the glass off the edge of the table and inhale from there. Slide the glass back and let it fill up again for the next person. :peace:
 
hash under glass

i take a pin and the cover of a matchbook.

push the pin throught he matchbook in the center.

now set it on the table near the edge. with the pin sticking up.

stick a nice piece of hash on the end of the pin.

get a tall glass and light the side of the hash. if it catches fire blow it out. quickly place the glass upside down over the hash.

slide the glass half way off the edge of the table and inhale from under the glass at the open end.

dam you beat me to it. while i was typing it. lol
 
Well, it kept catching fire and making an oily black smoke. When I would blow it out, it would stop smoking altogether under the glass. I resorted back to my earlier method which has worked magnificently! Since it smoldered and smoked on the bowl, but not on the pin, I think it may have needed to burn off some of the oily stuff more before the smoking would start. Shit, I am stoned, who cares.
 
I haven't perfected my hash making....yet. I think the quality of the hash has a lot to do with it like you said (oily).

If you ever get the chance to lay onto some real Afghani black hash bricks, you will see the difference.
 
Shit, I would love to try some of that Afgani hash. I think I saw an Anthony Bourdaine where he was smoking hash or something. I've read all about it here on RIU and think i could make some hash if I had the equiptment and the product. Unfortunately, I am just happy that a friend turned me on to this little ball of hash that he got "somewhere"?

If I can get a successful outdoor grow off this Spring, I'm gonna save all the sugarleaf and throw in some bud to make some really clean, blonde hash. ...dreaming :)

On the rare occasion that I smoke Hash, I enjoy it with kief sprinkled over top just in a bowl. :hump:
