Smoking at concerts

I'm going to see the Black Crows tonight. The town they're in, like many others, has a smoking ban. That and too much security makes it hard to smoke in a concert. At least you could blend in with the cigarette smokers a few years ago.

Anybody feel my pain? Got any solutions? I'm making some fire crackers. I'm gonna eat em about an 30 minutes before the opening act. Try to smoke a bowl before we go in the place. A concert just isn't the same if you're not in the proper state of mind.

who cares what people think, i smoke at concerts all the time with everyone. you cant single out one person when everyone is doing it!

back when i used to smoke i MADE my own . i didnt ROLL them , i had a little thing you stuff with tobacco and put on a premade filtered tube , and out pops a cig . now use that and replace with weed and your in. i would do this for large public events people never even look twice , occasionaly some one would be like hey you smell that .but they are not looking at you .and for some reason i seemed to get real high but then again you can fit a lot of weed in a cigarette tube.

Hey I just saw the Crowes! They played everything from their new album and the Warpaint album.. they were great. I did light up a spliff and a dickhead next tome freaked out cuz he was there with his 14 year old son.. wtf? dont go to a black crowes concert then if you are so delicate

Its not what people think, its the damn security at venues around here. They see a puff of smoke go up and they freak the fuck out. On top of that I always manage to end up in the front at club shows. Last show I went to I had a security guard 2 feet from me the whole show. Lame.

I haven't heard the new album yet so I'm definitely looking forward to tonight. The Crowes are one of my favorite bands.

Id just do what your going to do. eat some edibles and smoke a bowl befor. I know what its like to be at a concert with weed in my pocket and not able to smoke. Once i went to a indoor snoop dogg concert and id say 40% of the room all smoked at the same time. Including snoop himself. All while security is standing in the back watching the performence. At the end the whole crowd and snoop thanks the guards for being cool during the show.

Just thought id share that cool story lol. Have fun at that show man.

I got passed a blunt at Cruefest because the dudes mom came back. Damn good weed too.

Thats some good advise there. That's what I'd do. Where I live you can't smoke in doors anymore. So it wouldn't be worth it to smoke at a concert. I also hate concerts anyway. Too many people and there's always an asshole in the crowed trying to start shit.

As long as your not stupid about it and keep it semi discrete then youll be fine

Last concert I was at was an outdoor Phish show. Smoked a J on the ride there, one in the parking lot, and brought one into the show. When the guy in front of me started filling his bubbler with water I knew it was time.

The show was good but I didn't see anyone trying to smoke. I was alright. Smoked a bowl before and ate my fire cracker. The show got recorded for PBS. Some show called In The Artist's Den.

been using dugout since late 70s in places lot more uptight than a show an never been caught.wont say its foolproof.but 30 year plus track record says its damn close!

I soon as I get a few extra bucks I will be purchasing a dugout.

i was trying to think of sum examples 4u,when i dawned on me i cant really think of a place i havent used it.if you have a lite-r not matchs.you can blow it in a bathroom w/ a fan at your moms house and get away w/ it. a proven fact for me!!!!

I smoke before a concert but I smoked a joint at a concert and didn't give a shit, because half way through everyone else started takin their shit out and smoking too and the security guards only took the people wayyy in back.
I probably wouldn't do it again though. My drunken stupidity led me to do that. But it was fun

Smoked at just about every concert I've been to. Usually people will just be passing joints around in the crowd 311 shows are especially good for this!
