Smokin Tree grows - Sannie, DrGreenthumb, Reservoir and Breeders Choice

Finally went out and got a new camera and wanted to show some of my work!

I'm a medical grower / patient and caregiver for 1 person, I have a pretty small space to work with so my numbers

are limited and due to low ceilings I have to keep my plants sort of short so I try and bush them out.

I grow organic so my yields are not the biggest but the quality has been top notch.

Any questions / suggestions feel free to post em.

Reservoir - Chemdog IBL


1st up Dr Greenthumbs Chemdog #4.
I have 3 of these going, all look very similar as far as growth, the only real noticable difference is in the smell,

the first 2 have the garlicy / chem smell while the 3rd one has a sort of "sweet rubber" smell...reminds me of the

smell of new pool toys ( like the smell of a diving mask or flippers if that makes sense )

Next up is Reservoirs Chemdog IBL, this plant got a slightly longer veg than the other plants so it got a bit

larger.
This plant smells like super glue and burnt rubber but in a good way.

Next up we have some freebies from Sannie, this is El Monstre. I got 2 different phenos out of this one, the first

is much bushier and smells like skunk and vomit with a slight floral background, the second pheno is very purple and

smells sweet like grapes and berries.

Next up is Sannies Herijuana. These are the plants I am most looking forward to...I can smell these over all the

other plants in the room and the smell is hard to describe but it smells delicious to me....kind of a piney, menthol

sweet cleaner type smell.
Both plants are very dark and have sort of shiney / glossy leaves, one plant is very much darker though and that is

the one that has the strongest smell.
Both of these plants have been covered in crystals since about the end of week 3 and the crystals are pretty large

and in some spots it looks like chunks almost.

Next up is Sannies Jack...kinda sounds a lil sick saying that out loud...anyway..I seem to have gotten 3 different

phenos, pheno 1 is very dense and smells really strong of lemons and a bit of spice, pheno 2 just smells like

spice...very hazy, it also would not bush out like the others and stayed a stretchy sativa, 3 pheno smells very

spicy but is more dense than pheno 2, it also is being grown in a much smaller container just as a test.

And finally we have Breeders choice NYCD. I dont really know what to say about this plant really...it took a little longer to take hold in its new home than the rest but its comming along nicely, seems to be growing nice spear shaped buds and the smell is something thats hard right now to describe other than to say its a very deep dark dank smell.

Thanks for droppin by and the kind words pixelpusher Its mostly topping to bush them out but theres a small amount of lst to open the centers up some. Oh I actually didnt turn off my HPS, just finally got a camera that has custom white balance so the pics come out normal.

The herijuana....I've read so much hype about it and it is super frosty and stinky, I'm actually looking forward to the purple el monstre too just for the flavor I think its going to bring

Day 46

Well its not a drastic change but the plants are all starting to put on some weight and stink quite a bit more and the smells on a few are changing a bit.

Not much else to add at the moment so on with the show...

Next Herijuana! These are the ones I'm most dying to try and I think these will also finish first. Strongest smelling plants in the room currently and so frost covered the pics dont do it justice!

Me to, I hear the buzz is very similar but the taste of the #4 is supposed to be sweeter and less offensive. I've grown rez's chem in the past a couple times which is based on the D cut and the taste and smell is something that takes some getting used to.

Awesome photo's, looks like you've got some serious sugar going! The pictures certainly do the plants justice. I'm sub'd and looking forward to more updates. Happy Growing!

Did you find the El Monstre to be a slow starter?

Well I've slacked off a bit on my updates but I've been taking pics and will try and get everything updated over the next couple days.

Since the last update my El Monstre #2 hermied out on me real bad and I cut it not long after the last pic was taken, I dried it out and honestly it isn't to bad, light blue berry taste and a nice daytime high that lasts for quite a while.
Both Herijuana's were harvested @ day 62 everything else continued to grow, I grabbed some pics @ day 68 and finally I took some yesterday @ day 77 right before I chopped all but 2 of the Jack Herer's...they still have 2-3 weeks to go.
so ok here are the herijuana's @ day 62 right before the chop...taking pics was sort of a last minute thing I remembered so they arent the best pics...on with it

These plants have been dried and curing about a week now and I'm going to give them a couple more weeks cure before doing a proper smoke report but I have been smoking a bit of this and will give a quick report now...

This is the better of the 2. Very smooth sandalwood / nutty flavor with a very slight afghani back ground. Buzz is almost all body, its a pretty heavy body but with almost no head to it I personally dont find it to be very strong...certainly not something that will make a veteran smoker sit down or have a "whitey"

This one is really smooth too, very afghani taste, sweet almost reminds me of fruity pebbles on the exhale. Buzz is the ame as plant 1 just a bit weaker

I've tried a couple samples off my jack herer, chemdog 4 and chem ibl and all 3 of em blow the herijuana away.
I'm not unhappy with the herijuana though...its great for body aches and pain, good medical qualities. The hype had me believing this would get me fucked up like I did when I was a kid, for getting fucked up this is not the herb your lookin for.

Oh I dont have any pics but I cut the other El Monstre at the same time as these, its nice light tasting daytime smoke, nothing to devastating but a real happy buzz for doing things.
