I noticed just this week that the Mataro Blue is starting to flower.

Here's a little photo update of my girls this week. I added a five gallon bucket so you can see a better perspective on their size. All are still in veg except for the crazy Red Purps that went into flower a few weeks ago, likely due to stress. The Super Lemon Haze was a late start, so it's much smaller.
I considered supercropping, but backed out at the last minute. I might go back later today and do it. Last year I supercropped an outdoor cheese by Dinafem, and it responded great. I pulled 9+ ounces from a five gallon grow bag. I'm hoping for that sort of yield from these ladies.

No these aren't autos. My autos didn't do so well this year. I still have two autos going right now. One is an Auto Speed Bud from Female seeds. It's a small small plant. I'm pretty disappointed. My other auto is a High Priority Auto. It's about a week out from harvest, but it got bud rot this week and I had to remove a few nuggets of bud.

I supercropped the Blue Dream and the Goldenberry. All are in flower now except for the Super Lemon Haze.
Some of the new growth on the SLH is "deformed". The leaves are curled and stick together. Any ideas?
Also, how far into flowering can I apply Neem?

I notice the lemon in a bag. You going to finish in the bag? The others are in ground?

Yeah. I'm going to go ahead and let the Lemon finish in the bag. I hope to get 4-5 ounces off it.

Last year I tried drying outdoors and my crop dried too fast and didn't turn out so great. This year I'm going to try drying indoors in a grow tent with a carbon filter. Hopefully I can control the environment a little better. I still need to read up a bit on how to properly dry and cure.

My latest update: The last two weeks have been rough, weather-wise. No rain, temps exceeding 100 nearly every day with a heat index of 110+. I've only been able to visit my in ground plants every second or third day. Each time I've seen them for the past two weeks they've been shriveled they were so thirsty. We finally had a good rain two nights ago and temps have been steady in the upper 80s, so they are looking better. But any new growth or stretch they might have done in those first two weeks of flowering were stunted by mother nature. When you add this to the flooding we had early in the season this year, my plants didn't reach their potential, but I'm still hoping for a nice harvest. (My goal is still 1 lb total from these four plants. If I can get that, it's plenty for my personal stash for the year.)
My Super Lemon Haze is doing great in contrast. She's about six feet tall right now. She's just starting to show signs of pre-flower. I started that seed a month after the others. But I've been able to regulate her conditions better since she's in a container and I'm able to visit her every day. I'm thinking that next year I'll probably grow solely in containers. With our unpredictable weather, I think it's a safer bet.

Update. Hot and dry here. I'm having to water every day or two. I top dressed with compost/manure and I'm feeding with Dynagro Bloom and giving CalMag every other watering. No pics of my Super Lemon Haze, but it's doing well.

I'm growing a few plants outdoors this year. They're tucked away in the woods, guerrilla style. This is my third summer to grow, although I still consider myself a bit of a newbie because I have a lot to learn. I'll be growing a few autos in containers, and a few photo strains in the ground. This will be my first attempt to grow in the ground.
My soil mixture consists of compost, peat moss, Promix, perlite, Osmocote, bone meal, blood meal, and some water retention crystals.

The following seeds were all popped around 4/7/16. The photoperiod strains were all topped once about a week ago.

Was the Goldenberry from Genofarm or DNA Genetics? Different strains from what I can tell.
Too bad the weather wasn't more co-operative. How did the Goldenberry yield, taste and smoke?
